You are your habits, whether you pick them or not. I’ve seen the benefits of intentional habits — like doing a daily podcast — and I’ve seen the stickiness of the unconscious actions I do each day that don’t serve me.
I know I’m happier when I write, so I’ve decided to resurrect my blog. No crazy plans. Just regular updates with things that are on my mind. What I’m thinking, reading and watching.
